As a vendor advocate, we charge the real estate agent a fee for overseeing your sale.

We take our fee from your real estate agent’s commission.

Who do we, as the seller, pay?

As the seller you will pay us an upfront retainer.

We will negotiate your commission with the real estate agent and as soon as the sale is concluded and the real estate agent has been paid their commission your retainer fee will be refunded to you.

We will:

Offer a complimentary consultation.

Independently conduct a property appraisal and provide feedback so that realistic expectations can be set.

Source, interview and engage with a selection of high-quality real estate agents who are familiar with your area, property type and the current market trends.

Create a short list of ideal real estate agents and organise an introduction so that you can decide who you feel most comfortable with. (3 and 4 or just 4?)

Consult and evaluate each real estate agents’ proposals and recommend who we believe will be the best fit for you. The final decision lies with you, we are simply there to guide and advise.

Once the agent has been selected

We will:

Work with your agent to oversee all the correct completion of the agreements.

Offer suggestions and recommendations on how to achieve the best sales price for your property. These may includeselling the property “as is” right through to making recommendationson any renovations or revamps that will increase the value and final sales price.

Work with your real estate agent to create, craft and action the most effective marketing strategy and campaign with your expected outcome of time, terms and price in mind.

Attend meetings and open homes and communicate with you throughout the entire process.

Work / Negotiate?? with potential buyers with regard to negotiations.

Work with the buyer and real estate agent in handling and managing the sales process.

In essence we become your project manager overseeing every aspect of your property sale.
