You’ll never feel like you’re waiting hours for an update or left wondering what’s happening. Property decisions move quickly, and being responsive across time zones is essential — so I work my schedule to ensure you stay aligned with every step.

Overseas buyers can’t simply pop in for an inspection or drive past a property to get a feel for the street. That’s why I act as your presence on the ground. I attend every inspection on your behalf, record walk-through videos, take detailed notes, and give you an honest, unfiltered assessment of both the property and the local area.


If the property looks great online but the street feels noisy, I’ll tell you. If something looks a little off, or if the photos cleverly avoid showing the issues, you’ll know. My role is to protect your interests and give you full transparency, so you’re never making decisions blind.

Buying from overseas means you need a trusted team working together — conveyancers, building inspectors, property managers, trades, mortgage brokers and more. I’ve spent years building strong relationships across all of these services, so when you need support, everything is coordinated for you.


I arrange inspections, connect you with the right professionals, liaise with your mortgage broker, and work closely with your conveyancer to ensure nothing gets missed. Once we secure your property, I can also help coordinate renovations, prepare the home for rental, or introduce you to the perfect property manager. For many of my overseas clients, I handle everything from sourcing to settlement to leasing.
