When people ask me why I became a buyer’s agent and vendor’s advocate, the answer is simple: I love helping good people find their way home.
My name is Aly Walsh, and I run Walsh Brown Property, a boutique buyer’s agency based in Melbourne’s Inner West. While I assist buyers and sellers across Australia, my heart is firmly rooted here—in the streets of Yarraville, Seddon, Newport, and Williamstown. This is home. And it’s where I’ve built a business that puts people first.

In the property world, it’s easy to get swept up in transactions, numbers, and fast-paced deals. But to me, real estate is personal. Every property has a story. Every client has one too. And I see my role as the person who helps those stories come together in a way that feels right—strategic, smart, and full of care.

Recently, I helped a single mum secure her forever home in Williamstown. It was a new beginning for her and her kids after a tough few years. She didn’t need pressure or overwhelm—she needed calm, clear advice and someone to go into bat for her. That’s exactly what I did.
Around the same time, I worked with a lovely young couple buying their first home in Yarraville. We secured it off-market, under budget, and without the competition of a public campaign. Their joy on settlement day reminded me why I do what I do.
